1. You say
Between the Lines assesses human capital. What is it that you're
assessing?
We use the PDP® managing
tools to make rapid, thorough measurements of the needs and potentials
of individuals and the systems in which they perform their jobs.
We assess the natural strengths, stressors, and current behavioral
adaptations of individuals and the behavioral expectations of the
systems that surround specific positions in our clients' organizations.
These factors have a strong impact on how effectively people are
able to deploy their human strengths and skills to achieve the business
goals in current environments.
All assessment and modeling
data comes from either the ProScan® survey or the JDA® survey.
Both surveys have well-established reputations for meeting the needs
of US and global business leaders and their managers. The ProScan®
survey has been used to measure human capital for close to 30 years.
The instrument is currently available in over a dozen languages.
2. How do
you make these assessments? And how secure is the data?
Survey data is gathered either by
hand, using PDP forms, through a PC-executable program supplied
by Between the Lines, or input directly by clients (and their people)
through our secure Internet account with PDP® Dynametrics.
All ProScan® readbacks and job modeling services are provided by highly trained, licensed and certified PDP Dynametrics consultants. Participants' survey inputs are processed and reports generated and distributed on Between the Lines' secure server. We issue reports to clients using secure Adobe PDF file formats.
3. What's the relationship of Between the Lines and PDP?
